]]>Sigun sa Executive Order kun EO number 103, gikinahanglan ang paggamit og QR Code System alang sa contact tracing ug isip lakang aron mapugngan ang pagkatap sa COVID-19 sa dakbayan.
Tanang residente sa dakbayan lakip na ang mga buot musulod sa siyudad gikinahanglan nga anaay Baybay City Pass o BC Pass aron makasulod sa mga checkpoint ug mga establisimyento sulod sa Baybay.
Walay indibidwal ang tugtang makasulod sa mga checkpoints, mga tindahan, ug pampubliko o pribadong opisina sa dakbayan kung dili makapresentar sa iyang personal BC Pass aron ma-scan sa authorized personnel.
Dugang pa, tanang mga buot mag-apply alang sa BC Pass mamahimong magparehistro online sa registration portal nga bcpass.baybaycity.gov.ph. Alang niadtong walay internet apan buot makakuha og BC Pass, mamahimong muadto sa Office of the City Administrator, City Planning and Development Office o sa ilang Sangguniang Kabataan o barangay opisyales aron matabangan niini.
Ang QR Code usa ka matang sa bar code nga nagpondo og impormasyon gamit ang mga pixels sa usa ka kwadrado nga grid. Dali kining mabasa sa usa ka digital device.diin sagad kining gamiton aron mahibaw-an ang impormasyon sa usa ka produkto. Gigamit kini sa komersyo sama sa marketing ug advertising campaigns. Apan gigamit na usab kini sa mga LGUs sa pagsubay sa mga tawo nga musulod ug gawas sa ilang lugar aron matrace ug mapugngan ang pagkatap sa COVID-19. (Buen Josef C. Andrade)
